How it works

Coaching with a structure you can see

No mystery, no hidden upsell. Here is exactly what happens from the first call to the end of your first month, and what is expected of you in between.

The three stages

Step 1

A free 30‑minute call

You tell Ellie what you’re looking for. She explains how she works and what she will and won’t do. Together you check it’s a good fit, then agree a package and a rhythm that suits your week. If it isn’t a fit, she’ll say so.

Step 2

Sessions with a point

Weekly or fortnightly on Zoom, depending on the package. Every session brings focus on the goals, honest reflection on what happened and why, and action points to work on. You leave each one with clarity and a clear next step.

Step 3

Between sessions

This is where the change happens. Check‑ins by WhatsApp, email or voice note, tools when you need them, and someone holding you to what you said you’d do, then reminding you what you’re capable of when the week gets in the way.

Your first month

What the first four weeks look like

Week 1. Discovery call, then your first full session. You name the goal in one sentence and agree what “on track” means for you. You get a written plan.

Week 2. Check‑ins start. You report what you did, not what you meant to do. Ellie feeds back directly and adjusts the plan if life has already got in the way.

Week 3. The novelty has worn off. This is the week most people quit on their own. It is the week the accountability is for.

Week 4. Review session. What worked, what didn’t, what the next month is for. You will have a habit or a decision you didn’t have four weeks ago.

The practical bits

Tools, times and what’s expected of you

  • Zoom for sessions. Camera on is encouraged, not required.
  • WhatsApp or email for check‑ins, your choice. Voice notes welcome.
  • Weekday voice‑note access on 3 Month Growth, Monday to Friday, with replies inside the working day.
  • Written summaries after Power Hours and at the end of each month on longer packages.
  • You bring honesty about what you actually did. That is the whole deal.
  • Rescheduling is fine with 24 hours’ notice. Missed check‑ins get a nudge, not a guilt trip.

Coaching vs therapy

They are different tools. Knowing which you need matters.

Therapy works with the past and with mental health conditions, and it is done by clinically trained professionals. Coaching starts where you are today and works forward towards specific goals, with someone holding you accountable along the way.

If what you describe on the discovery call sounds like it needs therapy, Ellie will tell you so and point you to where to find it. Coaching and therapy can also run alongside each other, and often do.
