Meet your coach
Ellie coaches the way she wishes someone had coached her.
Direct. Structured. Honest about the fact that real change is messy, non‑linear and mostly happens in the boring weeks between the breakthroughs.
She came to coaching the long way round: through a childhood she had to recover from, a chronic illness that was misdiagnosed for years until she learned to advocate for herself, and a divorce at 24 that took the future she had planned. None of it was fixed by a planner or a five‑step framework. It was fixed by looking at her own patterns, asking why, and doing the uncomfortable work of changing them, with people who held her to it.
That is what Feral Growth is. Not a coach who has it all together telling you how to get there. A coach who has been to the bottom, knows exactly how the climb back feels, and will not let you talk yourself out of it.
The approach
What you can expect from working with Ellie
Straight answers
If a plan isn’t working, you’ll hear it. If therapy would serve you better than coaching, you’ll hear that too, on the first call.
Accountability without shame
You report what you did, not what you meant to do. Missed weeks get a nudge and a reset, not a lecture.
Your pace, your path
There is no set formula. The structure is fixed; the goals, the rhythm and the definition of “on track” are yours.
Who Ellie works with
Adults who are done circling
Overthinkers who need one decision made. People with a good plan and no follow‑through. People in the middle of a transition they didn’t choose: divorce, illness, redundancy, leaving the forces. Serving personnel and veterans through the 22 Mohawks partnership. All of it online, all of it 1:1.
